Southeastern's St Tammany Center is conveniently located
off Highway 59 in Mandeville near the intersection of
Interstate 12. Southeastern occupies the top floor of the St
Tammany Administrative Building on Koop Drive.

At this location, students are able to take many of the classes
that are also available at Southeastern's main campus in
Hammond. Approximately 90 different classes are offered
at the center. Southeastern is the second largest provider
of distance education in Louisiana and offers many classes
delivered either partially or fully via the Internet. In addition,
classes are offered through a compressed video format at
the St Tammany Center, which allows an instructor to teach
from one location (eg, Hammond or Baton Rouge) and
broadcast the information to other locations. A proctor is
available at each site to assist students if needed.

The center has available for students a fully equipped
computer lab that is open from 8:00am to 8:30pm Monday
through Thursday, and 8:00am to 4:30pm on Friday.

Application, registration and fee payments for Southeastern
can all be completed at the St Tammany Center. All forms
are available at the center or by visiting Southeastern's
website, www.selu.edu.
